Our wahve candidate, has been great. They have done everything asked of them - very good job, attentive, and flexible to my timeframes even though they’re in another time-zone.
They did a bang-up job on the handbook. They read all of my policies, read up on Mass. state laws, and was sure to incorporate the language in the employee handbook.
We had to shift priorities from Application & Onboarding to rolling out an ADP Performance Management tool. Our wahve attended all set up phone calls with me and ADP. They actually had more experience with the tool than I did, so I benefited from their experience. I fleshed out the questions and they worked behind the scenes on the validation tables and set up within ADP. They did the lion-share creating the tool and I couldn’t have met my deadline without their assistance.
They also helped with Job Descriptions. We’re close to being done. They really helped standardize the format and cleaned it all up.
Our wahve has a great temperament. We’ve had very similar experiences in HR manufacturing along the way. So, I am able to bounce other ideas, thoughts and frustrations off of them. They are a very credible professional. They are the kind of person I’d like to have a cup of coffee with – in Quincy, though, not in Minnesota!
