Utilizing our network of over 10,000 collection sites, our system will site match locations closest to your donor and allow them to select the site that is most convenient for them. Once registered, the system will send an Electronic Chain of Custody (COC) along with instructions directly to them. Live updates are available within our platform 24/7 including COC expiration and when the specimen was sent to the lab.
