Insynctive is a modular, white label solution that helps companies better manage their office based and remote employees.
Our document automation module internalizes, automates and manages all of the documents used in the Pre-hire, Onboarding, Provisioning, Task Management, and Termination processes. Insynctive can internalize an infinite combination of documents and forms, and can present the documents in a way that makes sense for each client based on federal, state and unique forms per location.
Employees validate data about themselves and their dependents which allows Insynctive to pre-populate all of the forms ready for review and eSignatures. There are countersignatures, workflow, and administrative notifications as part of these checklists.
Our Task management solution can be used to assign a single or multiple assignment to an individual or group of employees. Administrators can manage employee progress in one or many assignments.
There is also a powerful real-time report that allows for a role-based administrator a 360° view of all employee activities. We are told that our module is the most flexible and robust solution in the market and is reasonably priced.
