Our benefits administration module provides full communication, enrollment, administration and transactions for both small and large group businesses and corporations. Our solution allows for all varieties of benefit plans such as medical of all types, dental, vision, other group and voluntary plans, and 401(k), etc.
Insynctive provides the set-up and the service provider provides on-going servicing of the client account. Our solution is configurable to the unique set-up for each company, multiple levels of hierarchy, plan year(s), new hire and open enrollment periods, multiple carriers, plans, rates, contribution schemas including cafeteria plans, class differentiation, and pre-populated applications and change forms. We also have managed EDI and other carrier and TPA communication protocols as part of the large group service.
Our bi-directional integration to ADP Workforce Now allows us to pull employee new hire from payroll and push back new hire and dependent information, benefit elections and deductions. The interface gives tremendous power to the administrator (benefits and HR groups) where they can control what data elements are synchronized between Insynctive and payroll and payroll to Insynctive.
