We've had incredible success using ERIN. I've posted roles that go unfilled for weeks, and within a few days my employees have referred qualified candidates that we otherwise would not have found. As a hiring manager, I also love that it engages the team members in the hiring process from an early stage. I believe this gives them more insight to the hiring process and allows them to be involved in the full hiring decision.
