Because I had nothing but a name to work with, I was unsure I’d get to the right person, but in both cases, it quickly became obvious I did. From there - super easy to use and I had results in a few minutes. The ability to quickly and easily look at flagged posts saved me a ton of time. The AI seems to have been dead on, but it’s nice to be able to check a few posts easily and make sure the score wasn’t skewed by a one off post that may have been misread. 10 minutes of my time told me more than hours of searches - and probably more than the interviews! Tremendous time saver and no brainer way to avoid a costly mistake.

Very fast and accurate application for social media screening. The application allows us to manage our subjects and provide white labeled reports to our customers. The AI component does its job and saves us tons of time.
