UltraTime Enterprise is the web-based time and attendance solution suite from Tracy Inc. The system is developed with a modular design, so you can get everything you need without having to purchase modules that you will not use.
We offer a range of time entry methods including physical time clocks, web pages for desktop and mobile devices and IP phones. The web time options may capture actual worked hours as they happen or allow an on-line honor sheet time entry. You can have any one time collection method or a combination of methods with no limits. Different types of entry may be restricted based on the type of employee or position they hold.
The complete system can be purchased and hosted on either our servers or your own and is also offered as a SaaS subscription service. No matter how the system is hosted, the software offers the same experience to users and everything is in real-time.
