NNDC-IF’s BHT Program, in collaboration with Loyola University Chicago, teaches the basic skills necessary to help those that are struggling with a mental illness in various settings. It is now available to the US and India exclusively through NNDC-IF.
The objectives of NNDC-IF’s BHT Program are to:
-Teach the basic skills of first aid for a mental health disease or emergency
-Talk about mental health
-Eliminate the fear and myth behind mental illness
-Provide high quality, evidence-based mental health education to everyone
-Ensure high-quality instructors and courses for proper mental health education
The BHTP courses available are:
-Adult Mental Health
-Mental Health in the Workplace
-Mental Health for 50+
-Mental Health and Substance Abuse
