New CE webinar for human resources professionals covering the VOI and ROI of well- being programs.

Press Release from MedSavvy

Portland, Ore, November 23, 2020 - As part of its annual educational webinar series, MedSavvy announces a new webinar for Human Resources professionals in the United States to stay in-the-know on what's being done with well-being in the marketplace. This one-hour webinar will be presented from the perspectives of well-being and health care benefits professionals as well as their customers.

HRCI and SHRM credits will be offered for this webinar.

WHAT: Gauging employee well-being and morale

Forget ROI v. VOI! Today's employers need to measure both

Employers have become increasingly focused on achieving outsized returns on investment across a variety of different initiatives and programs without stopping to consider whether they're using the right formula for measurement. Can you put a price on sentiment—the feeling of belonging and being cared for? When it comes to gauging employee well-being and morale, it's far more fitting to apply a different lens and measure the value on investment, rather than financial return. It's also more difficult.

In this webinar, well-being experts will show HR leaders and culture executives:

- How to apply new thinking and research to drive employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention

- Employer case studies will provide insights on well-being programs that work and ideas about how to implement wellness initiatives tailored to employee needs and employer goals

- You'll walk away with a clear understanding of why you need to capture both ROI and VOI and how to start measuring less tangible inputs

WHEN: December 10th, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.

HOW: Register online
