The onboarding process, continued professionalism and top notch communication all make for a really positive experience. I've been an RD with DOD for 4 years now and have nothing but great things to say about them. Nearly every RD I've run into has heard a spiel about how great they are (some have joined the team.) Even the clients I've worked with have raved about how they prefer RDs from DOD compared to other consulting companies. The office staff is amazing and are incredibly supportive. They make sure you have all the info you need to start an assignment and check in to make sure things are going smoothly. Communication and transparency are top notch. They really care about their RDs, providing educational resources and benefits. The flexibility in assignments is truly unmatched.
