January 13, 2020 I recently had the pleasure of working with Linda on an extremely sensitive, difficult temporary housing placement as a result of damage to a high net worth client’s primary residence in Chicago. With these types of homeowner claims and placements, time is very often of the essence, and it is essential to provide rental housing options of like kind and quality to the policyholder. I had been unsuccessful in my own efforts, as well as the efforts of two other real estate agents, in locating suitable housing and/or negotiating terms that were mutually beneficial to the insurance company, the policyholder and the rental property owner.
