This course is aimed at helping attendees become more self-organized, being able to manage their time more effectively. Students will reduce anxiety and stress and increase satisfaction and joy at work. Free time is the result of strategy.
This course consists of 5 steps, the 5F:
1) Fly high: visualize and plan all the tasks that need to be done
2) Focus. Focus on one task at a time. Time-box each task.
3) Flow: enjoy each task as if it were the only one to get done
4) Finish: get it done completely before going to the next one
5) Follow-up: compare against your initial plan and recycle
Time management and self-organizing skills course can be delivered to individuals or groups, face-to-face or remotely.
In all cases we provide for free an App to the students so that they can access to online content, watch videos, listen to podcasts and contact the instructor for any questions.
