- Coaching: Through our home-grown coaching platform, Coach’s Corner, we've revolutionized digital and telephonic coaching. Our coaches don’t just tell people what to do – instead, they focus first and foremost on enabling and empowering behavior change. Coaches create custom goals for members – viewing their activity stats, biometrics/assessment data, daily health-habits, and incentive achievements to help personalize their path to improved health. Our 5 main coaching topics include Exercise, Nutrition, Weight-management, Stress-management, and Tobacco cessation.
- Biometric screenings: Our biometric screenings are provided through two third-party vendors, eHealth and Quest Diagnostics. Onsite screenings, labs, physician forms, flu shots, and additional tests are available. With eHealth/Quest, we offer a streamlined user experience, automated data flow, extensive reporting, and preferential pricing.
- Health assessment: We partner with HealthAware to deliver our health assessment. The HRA is administered within the “My Health” section of our web portal – the questionnaire is relatively simple and takes about 10 minutes to complete.
