From the newly diagnosed to long-term survivors, Cancer Support Community provides support and hope for all people affected by cancer, so no one faces cancer alone. Participants - any stage, any diagnosis - choose activities and programs that research has proven t be effective in enhancing their overall health and improving their well-being and quality of life. Our programs include support groups and counseling, educational workshops, healthy cooking and nutrition classes, stress management sessions, physical activity like yoga and tai chi, and a variety of social activities to avoid isolation.
