In 2023, Grenke migrated to the cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors platform. This global rollout included implementing a standardized digital personnel file integrated with SuccessFactors. As a financial service provider subject to stringent regulations, GRENKE sought a certified partner offering an adaptable solution suited to its global footprint. Navigating country-specific requirements, such as data retention and deletion periods, posed a challenge for the project. Additionally, HR managers in Germany were utilizing digital personnel files, while many international locations still relied on paper-based files. GRENKE recognized the need for a centralized, automated, and user-friendly data management platform accessible via the SuccessFactors interface. This platform would not only integrate existing authorization concepts, but also manage the diverse deletion and retention periods across different regions. The contract was awarded to aconso, an HR service provider known for its longstanding market presence and international reach, with a solution available in 23 languages.
