Signature Relocation is proud to announce the promotion of Lori Swarthout to Director, Global Client Services. In this expanded role, Lori will lead global client strategy and partnership initiatives, ensuring Signature Relocation continues to deliver responsive, high-touch relocation solutions to organizations worldwide.
Lori has been a key member of the Signature Relocation team since April 2016 and has built a strong reputation for leadership, operational excellence, and trusted client partnership. In her current role, Lori oversees all global relocation clients and collaborates closely with operations and counselor teams, and manages Equus setup and administration to ensure complex global programs are delivered with consistency, precision, and compliance.
Highlights of Lori’s recent achievements include traveling to meet Signature Relocation’s two largest clients this fall, strengthening long-standing relationships, and reinforcing Signature Relocation’s commitment to hands-on partnership and proactive program guidance. These visits underscore Lori’s focus on listening to client needs, identifying opportunities for program enhancement, and turning feedback into actionable improvements.
Lori’s career progression at Signature demonstrates both depth and adaptability. She began as a global counselor, expanded her expertise into finance and operational support, and advanced to managing key client relationships across a diverse international portfolio. Her experience continues to deliver strong outcomes for clients and internal teams alike, particularly in policy consultation, process optimization, and service delivery.

Fun fact: Lori completed a work-study abroad program in Germany prior to graduating from college, an experience that helped shape her interest in global mobility and provided an early perspective on the relocating employee experience.
