This exclusivity ensures that we are able to work very closely with you at every step of the search, working through the methodology and communication strategy that best fits your specific needs.
Retained searches are thorough, rigorous, and suited for challenging positions, diversity search, and the demands of upper management and the C-suite, resulting in a shortlist of anywhere between 3 to 10 ideal candidates (i.e. candidates with the ideal skills, location, salary requirements) being presented to you before interviews commence.
In exchange for this rigor, we charge companies with whom we conduct a retained search a fixed percentage of the candidates projected first year annual salary with 1/3 of the estimated amount up front, 1/3 upon the third qualified candidate submittal, and 1/3 upon placement.
