For a coach training program to be ICF-accredited, they must undergo a rigorous review process and demonstrate that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies, and Code of Ethics.
We’re proud that the iPEC Coach Training Program has been ICF-accredited since 2002, and we’ve consistently gone above and beyond even their highest requirements to offer you an experience that prepares you to step into the role of a masterful, confident coach.
Additionally, if you decide to pursue an ICF Credential as an individual coach, the training you’ll receive from iPEC includes 200 accredited training hours—which meets the educational requirements for a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential from the ICF. Plus, earn CCE credits for continuing education with the ICF when you participate in the courses and workshops we offer for iPEC grads!
