As an iPEC student you’ll be trained and certified to use the Energy Leadership Index® assessment (ELI) with your colleagues and clients.
The ELI is a research-backed assessment that provides tangible insights into how someone shows up in different areas of their life—and it’s only available through an iPEC Certified Coach. As a certified practitioner, you’ll help others facilitate their own increases in self awareness—and contribute to the health and culture of an organization. The ELI uses seven different energy “levels” to describe the types of energy a person experiences and expresses.

Benefits of Utilizing the ELI Assessment
As you provide debriefs on the results of an ELI, you’ll help others uncover insights on how they might be showing up energetically, and how they might want to increase their energetic engagement in areas like:
- Leadership Ability
- Working Relationships
- Work/Life Balance
- Communication Skills
- Personal Relationships
- Health & Wellness
These insights are often powerful catalysts that boost productivity, communication, and morale among employees.
