By utilizing Meeting Pulse we have opened up the meetings to be way more transparent than ever before. The people that usually sit on their hands and later wished they would have asked a question, or given their opinion about a topic being discussed are now participating in numbers much higher than we expected. MP is still very new to my audience but I can tell that it’s going to be an ongoing and growing part of our Safety meetings and more.
