We loved the course at Addison Solutions Academy. They were pros; those guys really knew their stuff and how to teach it too. Plus they were always around for questions and gave us so much help with everything we needed while we were taking this class together. The content itself was all inclusive – anything our team could’ve asked for was covered in here somewhere! And what’s more is that everything taught had some kind of practical use which has already come in handy so many times over since then.I think between having experts instruct us on things relevant directly back into our own jobs or lives as well as providing such a wealth of information about them; this place did wonders for our development!

Our company found that the Addison Solutions Academy course was a very good investment. The price was reasonable and fair when compared to other options that were available on the market; this allowed us to get a lot of training for our money. We trained our workers extensively, who then acquired skills that helped them do their jobs better leading directly into higher output at work which in turn saved time since tasks were completed faster than before. Even though we thought some extra materials could have been included or follow up sessions organized after completion of the course, it’s hard not be satisfied with such great results–it has affected performance so positively among members of staff that any amount of money spent seems justifiable.

This course was absolutely amazing! I can’t believe how much we learned in such a short amount of time.This is hands down one of the best programs I’ve ever seen or been a part of. Prior to requesting group training from Addison Solutions Academy for my supervisors in July of 2023, I registered a group of my human resource specialists for their Managing Employee Performance virtual workshop. I found the training to be very effective and informative. My HR specialists gained valuable insight on how to recognize performance issues, set measurable goals, provide feedback, and manage employees better. As a result of the workshop, our team was able to develop a performance management plan with clear standards that were both achievable and measurable. This allowed for smoother transitions when an employee was not meeting performance goals. The workshop was well-paced and organized, with plenty of time for discussion and questions — something my team really appreciated. Recently, I enrolled my staff in the ALP: Aspire program at the Addison Solutions Academy. I must say that this has been a great experience. My position as regional HR manager requires me to make sure our workers have what it takes to succeed in their current roles and grow professionally. This program is well structured and all-rounded too. It covers leadership skills such as communication, problem-solving, time management and team building among others. Additionally, the lessons are designed in such a way that they engage participants throughout hence making them more interactive which enables easy understanding absorption into their day-to-day activities at work. The trainners were highly knowledgeable having worked long enough within different areas related to this subject matter so they usually give relevant insights plus real-life examples which our people can easily identify with. They also keep class sizes small enough for individual attention from the teacher thus more interaction between learners themselves as well as between learners and instructors. We’re very happy with our choice to send the team to Addison Solutions Academy. If there are any points we think could be better, it would be helpful if they had more options for customization that would fit different industries like ours. But this does not take away from how great of a deal it was and what we got out of it. The affordable price made this an appealing choice, while also providing us with higher level course materials than we anticipated. Teachers knew what they were talking about and gave down-to-earth advice which has helped us improve our processes in a major way.

My organization needed a conflict resolution workshop. We were happy to learn that Addison Solution's Academy's "Conflict Resolution: Dealing with Difficult People" workshop fit our training budget.
