We loved having Winshape Teams for our staff training at camp this summer. They were able to be hands on and do a lot of team building which allowed our staff to put DISC into perspective. We use DISC throughout the entire summer and because of Winshape Teams they prepared our staff to be able to talk through conflicts and solve problems with confidence.
Awesome place to grow individually, as well as grow your team closer together. I left with many new skills to bring to personal life and workplace.

Special Place, People, and Purpose. I've been to three Winshape Teams retreats and continue to be amazed at how meaningful the experience is each time. The instruction and hospitality is top notch. This week, my group included individuals from South Dakota, New York, Texas, and more. There's a reason people come from far away! I am sending more of my team members to Winshape Teams in 2024 to get built up as leaders.

Our small group was blown away by the wonderful team at WinShape! Highly recommend for any business looking to develop their leaders. The meals included prime rib, chicken, swordfish, pork , endless amounts of vegetables, salads and fruit. Not to mention their delicious coffees and espressos available all day until 10pm. The property is huge, including pickle ball and basketball courts, fishing and even an obstacle course and pool ! Whether it’s for your business , your significant other or for you children definitely keep in mind the warm hearted professionals here, they have a program for you! Special shout out to Lisa on the hosting team for going above and beyond for us!

It’s as simple as that. You cannot put a price on everything I have learned during my 18 sessions with Chris. I was honestly a little skeptical at first. Chris is at least 30 years older than me, Caucasian, retired military, God driven, family man and I am a Mexican/black, LGBTQ+, wild child in my late 20s. I thought, how could THIS man help me?
