Our talent development assessments include scientifically validated online tools to identify an individual's strengths and opportunities in their Thinking Style, Work Style, Interpersonal Style, and Leadership Style. The results of the online tools are interpreted by a Psychologist who then has a telephone interview with the individual. During the call, we uncover the person's level of self-awareness and provide initial feedback on the online results. This is followed up with a custom written report that is candid, empathic, and calls the person to action in a motivating way. We then have a call with the person's manager to talk about the best ways to support growth.
