Based on the core concepts of Dignity, Dialogue, and Discovery (the 3D’s), the model blends psychological and sociological principles with negotiation and communication skills for teams and partners to become more connected, resilient, and innovative through obstacles, opportunities, and change.
This innovative model was developed by conflict resolution practitioner-scholar Kira Nuriel, CEO of Harmony Strategies, Inc.
3D Harmony™ moves beyond traditional, transactional approaches to conflict resolution to focus on the deeper human dynamics that fuel discord. By addressing the root causes of misunderstanding and distrust, the model equips individuals and organizations with the tools to turn tension into trust and disagreement into understanding.
