As Alternative Dispute Resolution experts, we conduct investigations with people-first, rather than law-first approach.
We begin with building enough trust for parties, disputants, witnesses, colleagues, and complainants to feel as comfortable as possible disclosing what has happened and how it is affecting them. We then explore all data, video or email information, and consider organizational policies, in order to determine any breeches or inconsistencies.
Through our unique human-centered approach, we minimize disruption of team activities or further harm from the investigation process.
Our investigations may include written or verbal reports and may include an executive summary for Boards of Directors or Senior Executives.
Finally, as professional mediators, coaches, and facilitators, we can offer supplemental services to directly address the problems involved in the complaint.
