Great service! Alliance is always quick to respond. They are also easy to work with, and their customer service is great. I have never had any challenges with Alliance in the few years I have worked with them.

Always phenomenal customer service from Alliance Background! When questions arise, there is ALWAYS someone who answers the phone, or responds quickly with a return call or follow-up email! I recently had a BGC that took over 30 days to yield final results. The staff that I contacted were knowledgeable about the issue and assisted with explaining and finally obtaining the final results!

Alliance Background is very responsive. We've always had a friendly representative when working with them. Our only challenge has been that they close too quickly while waiting for drug test results.

Alliance is great at handling every request we send. They have customized our user experience and I have tried numerous other Background Check companies, and none have compared to Alliance. They are more responsive and have a full spectrum of services that can be catered to what we need. We have not had any challenges in the 5 years we've been with them.
