I found Sofia Health through a friend who is a practitioner on the website. I was recovering and realized that I could share this. After hearing my grandfather-in-law complain about not being able to get movement in at his retirement living facility, I decided to share this platform with him. He loved Sofia Health! Now it's something we do together online and share with each other to take care of our body and mind. We get a good laugh and the instructors are awesome.
