As a company looking for help tracking ever more complicated leaves, we chose Stiira to help us. While their company was just taking off, they fully dedicated themselves to understanding our business needs and how they could help change the program to fit our needs. Not only did they work tirelessly to make sure the program would do everything they promised, they wanted to talk through leaves in general so they could understand the flow of tasks, reminders, etc. The staff at Stiira are so responsive: one time I emailed Friday afternoon about an issue and David worked over the weekend to solve it, emailing a solution prior to Monday morning. They consistently have shown dedication in learning and changing, adding new features and answering questions. Our leave administration team is very impressed with Stiira and has experienced remarkable gains in efficiency since we started using this powerful leave management software solution.
