An HR audit allows us to review all of your HR activities throughout the entire employee lifecycle - how you hire, onboard, motivate, engage, reward, and offboard your team - and understand any challenges your company may be experiencing, such as high turnover, inability to attract new hires, low performance, low morale, unwanted behaviors, and more.
Our audit process consists of:
- 1 hour phone / video call, where we ask a series of questions about how your people practices;
- Creation of a summary report and roadmap highlighting areas of risk, priorities, and recommended activities in order of priority;
- 30 minute call to review the report and roadmap, and answer any questions you may have.
We are, of course, happy to help with implementing any of the roadmap activities should you wish to.
