Clear I-9 has been our Form I-9 vendor since the middle of the pandemic, when remote verification rules were changing. Initially, we used our HRIS for I-9s, but as the pandemic waned, we lost confidence in their ability to support us long-term. Proactively switching to Clear I-9 gave us the reliability we needed. As a remote-first company with employees across the country, Clear I-9 has made managing Form I-9s simple and compliant. Their platform is user-friendly for administrators, employees, and self-selected verifiers, providing notifications for missing information. It also includes reminders for document purges and offers audit trails, giving us confidence in the event of an audit. Our employees appreciate how easy it is to use, and as an admin, I can quickly check statuses and send reminders. I highly recommend Clear I-9 for any team with distributed employees, especially those without an onsite HR presence. It simplifies I-9 management, regardless of location.
