A 360 feedback survey is a tool used to collect feedback from multiple sources about a leader's performance and competencies. The purpose of the assessment is to provide the subject with a comprehensive view of their strengths and areas for development, as well as suggestions for improvement. The feedback is typically collected from multiple sources, including supervisors, peers, subordinates, and even external stakeholders such as customers or clients. The Launch 360 assessment asks participants to rate the leader on a range of competencies, such as communication, collaboration, decision-making, and strategic thinking.
