Very Responsive Team. Elevated Background checks does the job. They are quick enough to respond to the request. I receive the reports as promised. They are very good in responding. They get back to you as soon as you reach them via chat. Their Customer Service is really great. The only challenge so far is the employment verification part. Sometimes that holds up the completion of the candidate's report especially for companies that use work numbers.

We've used Elevated Background checks for many months after switching from another provider.
