Great MSP platform for headhunters to access enterprise clients. BountyJobs gives headhunting firms access to jobs and relationships with enterprise clients which they might not normally have access to and is a great channel of business to supplement direct relationship business lines

Bounty Jobs allows us to optimzie our vendor utilization and have one simple place to send agencies. Without this we would not be as successful when we need agency support. The only downside I've seen is that it doesn't directly integrate with our ATS, but that's more on our side.

Long time and fortunate partner! I enjoy the team I work with (Casey (primary), Chris & Kim) - they know us and continue to get creative to provide solutions that match our needs. For day to day needs, Kim is an excellent resource to our team. We also really value the annual cadence of trainings. The tool is easy to use, especially in times where we have had higher volume. We value the ease of reporting. Recently updated our integration and it was fairly simple and really improved our reporting.

The platform is straightforward and easy to use. The support staff is very responsive and great to work with. There is normally a solid volume of candidates. Being able to have an intake call through the platform and recording it is a nice touch.

I love that the folks there take the time to walk you through any questions or concerns you have. I honestly have not had any issues at all, so there is nothing I have found that I dislike about BountyJobs.

It's an amazing platform that allows an independent recruiter with a Boutique Agency to compete toe-toe with Huge Corporate Recruiting Firms. It's the great equalizer all about just good plain old fashioned recruiting person to person not about who has the most resources.
