No one likes to do compliance training, and Ethena provides content that keeps people engaged, and more importantly, makes them learn. As an administrator, the platform makes it easy to see progress at a glance, and we aren't spending tons of time in admin work or following up with employees. The bite sized training also makes it much easier and more likely that everyone will complete their training, and keep us compliant.

Ethena is such an easy platform, both from an administrative viewpoint and for the end user. It is a breeze to set up new lessons for team members and the lessons themselves are all-encompassing and great for a variety of learning styles. For the end user, they can leave a lesson and pick right back up where they left off the next time they log in. The customer service team was amazing and made sure I had all of the support I needed.

Ethena ensures we are compliant amongst several states that we operate in. It automatically delivers reminders to users and reports to admins. Also, their content is regularly updated based on newest legislation coming out.

Ethena makes it incredibly easy to not only "check the box" on legally mandated training but makes it enjoyable and sticky for our employees. The integration with Slack for nudges, the shorter training sessions (some are only 5 minutes) and the regular interval (monthly) for trainings makes it easy to adopt and reinforce the learnings.
