This means we have the capacity to coach to the full range of developmental levels, except for situations where a psychotherapist would be more appropriate. We are trauma-informed and support people who are seeking vocational and purpose-driven pathways. We help people sense and feel differently, as well as see and think differently. This addresses a person as a whole, wise, interactive system which is the only way for them to make sustainable changes.
