Child Care Resource and Referral Consortium
The Child Care Division offers support and technical assistance to registered family and group family child care providers and center-based child care programs. DCCNY is the lead contractor with the State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) for the NYC Child Care Resource and Referral Consortium (CCR&R), which works with families to identify the best child care resources for their needs. In this role, DCCNY works with three subcontractors: Child Development Support Corporation, Chinese American Planning Council and the Committee for Hispanic Children and Families, all stalwarts in the fight to preserve affordable child care in their respective communities.
