Chantal was brought in to provide Leadership training to our rather inexperienced and young leaders. Being a startup company that had grown, her insights and exercises helped leadership members become attuned to some of the challenges faced in leadership and how to react/work through such challenges.
The team and I always looked forward to her sessions and towards the closure of the course, I was very pleased to see the level of collaboration and openness fostered among the team. This has helped communication and more importantly understanding within the team.

The course was offered by Chantal Westgate; Her engaging, thought provoking skills solicited many questions from our frontline managers. Topics included ; leadership styles, rituals and effective change management. I would highly recommend this training, our managers were able to use hands on skills almost immediately following the training session.
