I've been meeting with Michael weekly for 5 months now and I have seen a great improvement in my work life and happiness. Michael has helped coach me in many aspects of my work and personal life. He is an invaluable resource and I will be continuing to meet with him regularly. He has a genuine passion for his work and the people they work with, and I am happy to call Michael both a coach and now, a friend.

Michael has both coached me and spent time with my leadership team and company, and I've found him to be extremely helpful across all of those engagements. His feedback has been tangible and made an immediate impact on me and my leadership style. He is super effective, a joy to work with, and really helped me reframe how I think about leadership and gratitude.

Michael and I worked together as I transitioned into the CEO role and was instrumental in dissecting the feedback from my team, while balancing adjustment to the new position. I sincerely appreciated his thoughtful approach, his candid feedback and his insight on how to re-orient my view to better grow with my team. Covid-19 hit while we were working together and having his independent counsel to help navigate between the business need and the needs of our team members made a significant impact. Great Coach.

The Legacy of You is a treasure trove of guidance, wisdom, and -- most importantly -- actionable advice. My time with them was incredibly fruitful and I use the lessons from their coaching on a daily basis. If you have the opportunity to work with them, I am confident you will come away enriched and with an improved toolset for both communication and personal growth.

Michael from The Legacy of You spoke at my company's annual training and brought an energy like nothing we have seen before. His charisma and humor mixed with his vast knowledge in the field kept the team interested and engaged the entire time. Everyone left feeling inspired, motivated and prepared to start the season. Months later, in conversation, my crew will still reference his take-aways, which is a further confirmation of how he inspired them. I hope to have Michael return for years to come.

Over the past five years, I have had the privilege of working with Michael Ian Cedar, whose coaching has profoundly impacted my professional growth and leadership abilities. Most recently, over the last nine months, Michael served as my Executive Leadership Coach. Michael’s ability to provide candid feedback has been invaluable, helping me identify and leverage my strengths. His clear communication style breaks down complex concepts into easy-to-remember snippets, which I can repurpose in various contexts. Michael consistently pushes me to think differently with his thought-provoking questions and innovative perspectives. This has broadened my horizons and enhanced my problem-solving skills. His guidance has also helped me develop a more organized and strategic way of communicating, leading to more effective and impactful interactions within my organization.

I recently finished a focused 12 session coaching program with Michael and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Michael is a dedicated and genuine professional who is clearly passionate about building people up. I found him engaging and insightful, helping me steer through areas of myself that perhaps I wasn’t totally ready to face. He knows when to work the process but also, when the process wasn’t working for me, he knew when it was time to go off script. He truly listens to the person and finds the road that will work best for that individual. I felt like Michael’s approach was grounded in reality, knowing that sometimes it's not always black and white. His insights allow him to use the various tools at his disposal without coming across as un-engaged or clinical. If you’re looking for tools to advance your career or guidance on the path you’re taking, you can’t go wrong with Michael.

Michael is an amazing executive coach. He has a mixture of theoretical knowledge and a bag of real-world-ready practical tips that can produce rapid progress. He is personable, patient, encouraging, and always a bundle of great energy and enthusiasm to effect positive change. In my brief coaching exercise with Michael, I could distinctly feel myself learning and growing in both managerial skills and leadership attitude, and most importantly, confidence. I would recommend Michael without reservation to anyone who is looking for a positive and effective coaching experience that produces tangible results.

I just did my 360 review with Michael from The Legacy of You. We have known each other for years, but this intense feedback was incredible. Michael can not only give feedback without judgment, but knows exactly how you need to hear it to make the highest level of impact for you. I may have heard something over and over again in one way, and Michael will have the key I need to fully understand how I can fix it in my life. I'm immensely grateful to be able to go through this process and hit a level of self growth that I KNOW would not be possible without feedback this clear and helpful delivered in this way. THANK YOU!!

Through my company, I was fortunate enough to be paired with Michael as an executive coach. His job was to maximize my potential based on feedback from my peers, while facilitating my self-discovery/growth. Michael was incredible -- I felt he understood me quickly, and picked up on nuances and patterns within a few meetings that have taken other people years to identify. His extraordinarily high EQ paired with broad subject matter expertise meant that he is able to walk you through a coaching experience at your own pace in a style that resonates with you, while teaching you new things along the way. I would highly recommend working with him as any high performer/executive/leader trying to improve themselves, and I would unequivocally love to work with him again!

Coming across Michael at The Legacy of You I was intrigued both personally and professionally to know more about all he does... It has been a serendipitous meeting and exploration. He has since become personally an inspirer and mentor and professionally a corporate Sherpa helping identify goals, sketch plans, and check in on progress. He has embraced and learned about Autism and the special needs community offering support for families and caregivers in novel and sensitive ways. He has helped me and my team navigate the 360 process, reflective MBTI analysis and created authentic and customized professional development addressing self leadership, development, and collaborative team building strategies. Michael ensures he not only introduces information but that his strategies are integrating and having impact. He follows through and keeps present in every aspect of his interactions building trust and authentic connections within the team. You will not find anyone more candid, funny, diverse nor efficient in work style, resources, strategies or tea offerings!

Elizabeth from The Legacy of You is a sensitive, astute, and mastermind organizer of time and mindset. She has worked in support of our organization, the Atlas Foundation for Autism and supported group coaching, assessment, and individual sessions both with myself and my employees. She is a keen observer with a strong sense of integrity, fairness, and perspective, and approaches feedback in a uniquely crafted manner that addresses everyone's best receptive abilities and needs! She is empathetic and objective, a rare balance and a true asset to anyone or any organization ready to level up!

I met Elizabeth and her business partner Michael Ian Ceder from The Legacy of You in the early days of the pandemic. Of course, every person was on their own journey at that time while experiencing the commonality of the pandemic. I was furloughed from a dream job (the next step in my career path) and was struggling with some serious imposter syndrome. Through the work with Life on Your Terms Live and the Gratitude Slam, Elizabeth and Michael offered an opportunity to complete the 360 Coaching experience. This was perfect timing with my journey with LOYT, my personal and work life. What I appreciated the most was the very mindful and straightforward way Elizabeth explained the process and what we would do together with what I learned from the feedback. It is easy for a Zoom session to feel distant and lack connection, however Elizabeth ensured that was not the case. She set the appropriate amount of time for us to meet and review feedback, for me to ask questions, to reflect and at moments sit in the supported discomfort with the feedback. As a facilitator and coach, she managed my specific needs in a kind and empathetic manner while also pushing into spaces she could tell I needed more reflection. When it comes to the feedback and the growth plan created, it ranks in the top two professional/personal development opportunities I have had the opportunity to engage with. I learned that my “inner voice” is a complete liar, that I am deeply loved, appreciated, and seen by the people in my life. I also created goals and methods to understand where the imposer syndrome was coming from and how to overcome that step by step. I also learned the spaces I have room to dig into to transformation in order to serve myself and others more deeply. The most impactful result from going through this process is the confirmation of my unique set of gifts and talents I bring to my work and my relationships. I am so grateful for Elizabeth and the time, energy, and leadership she has provided through this experience, and I look forward to the continued growth through what I learned!

Michael worked with me to help prepare me for the next steps in my career, and just as importantly, my life more holistically. I would strongly recommend him as an Executive Coach. He has great professional experience, and knowledge in the coaching field. But what stood out to me, and what I enjoyed, was how flexible and adaptable he was. He got to know me, and my needs, and seamlessly pulled in materials, videos, podcasts, etc on the fly. It was 100% like having a partner, and nothing like going through a rigid or abstract general curriculum. I really enjoy the time I spent with him, and have no doubt he can and will have a positive impact on lots of careers.

I started working with a life coach in 2003, a relationship that lasted more than 10 years until I achieved the key goals I had set out. Scroll forward 10 years to now, and I am ready to stretch and grow in new ways, both professionally and personally...and Elizabeth is helping me get there. Working with Elizabeth, I remember how invaluable it is to have someone in my corner, supporting me directly. During our sessions she expertly illuminates and reinforces my strengths, and gently reflects the obstacles I'm putting in my own way. She offers insights and strategies to remove those obstacles so I can make sustainable progress. With Elizabeth as my coach, I feel seen, heard, and valued - and her insights have already helped motivate me to take actions that are truly in support of what I say I want and where I want to go. I highly recommend engaging Elizabeth as your coach!

Michael was my leadership coach while working at a past company, and over three years after the first meeting we remain connected. I’ve worked with a few coaches in my past and Michael is unique in his talent to draw from an enormous amount of knowledge and experience to deliver insights and ideas specific to my journey. From a personal perspective I love it every time I speak with him, be it for coaching or just catching up as we always have interesting conversations. I would definitely recommend him as a coach or working with him in another capacity.

Working with Elizabeth Radabaugh was a very positive, comfortable, and impactful experience! Unsure of what this coaching process entailed and how applicable it could be for myself, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I was able to grow through working with Elizabeth! Elizabeth helped me identify my goals and set a realistic plan to achieve them. Working with Elizabeth has helped me become a better advocate for myself and a better leader for my team. I highly recommend working with Elizabeth!

I was feeling stuck. I was ready to move from the edge of nowhere (in the country a stone's throw from Canada) back to civilization (a small city in a couple states south) and I needed a push to get me moving in a better direction. I decided on the 360 Coaching with Elizabeth from The Legacy of You because I thought that, in understanding myself better, it would help me figure out what type of job would best suit me. To say that the adventure has been amazing would be an understatement. Elizabeth provided an entirely safe space. I learned the importance of this when one of those deeper understandings provided an insight that took me by surprise. I hadn't been looking for this insight, but it shook my world. It was important to be able to talk about that insight openly and that safe space allowed for us to do so. Elizabeth listened carefully and she asked questions to help me decide for myself what was important. She supported my decisions and helped me explore how to live life on my terms with those choices. I had intended on utilizing the 360 coaching to take me from the edge of nowhere back to civilization. However, as we worked on my growth plan, I discovered something more meaningful: the crow here is the same as the crow there. In other words, the struggles that I was facing here on the edge of nowhere would still be with me returning to civilization. I thought I knew myself well. Yet doing this 360 coaching with Elizabeth brought me so many deep insights. As we walked through the Meyers Briggs results, the purpose statement, the perspective day, and the growth plan, I discovered my strengths and my weaknesses. I also discovered that I did not need to change my external circumstances to live a life on my terms. If you have an opportunity to work with Elizabeth, do it. It will be an adventure you will never forget.
