I cannot say enough good things about Amaze Health and their team. From the very beginning, they treated me with care and urgency when I injured my ankle. What impressed me most was how they didn’t just give me one option and leave it at that—they kept searching until they found a better solution.
Their Amaze app is incredible—I was connected on video within minutes, and the provider team immediately jumped in to guide me. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free at a time when I really needed it.
They recommended a provider that was a little further away, but it was open later, accepted my VA benefits, and had imaging on-site. That extra step made all the difference for me, especially since what I thought was a sprain turned out to be a broken ankle. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, but Amaze Health made it not as bad as it could have been thanks to their support.

The whole Amaze team is truly a blessing. They genuinely care and want the best for you. I have had so many negative interactions with medical professionals, but NEVER with Amaze. Ruth is my primary, but Shannon, both Laura’s, Robert and so many others have made a huge impact in my life. Without them I wouldn’t have gotten a diagnosis for something I’ve been battling for 20+ years. My husband and I are so grateful for Amaze, they are truly amazing!
I’ve used Amaze Health for four months and it’s the first virtual care that actually goes deep. They didn’t stop at advice, they ordered an MRI of my brain and cervical spine, scheduled PT, and verified in-network options while lining up lowest cash prices as a backup. My PCP later said the imaging center they chose is one of the best in our area.
It’s a coordinated team, physicians, behavioral health (thanks Katie), psychiatric services (thanks Joanna), that listens, explains next steps, and handles the logistics. They even helped my family: when my daughter hurt her foot, they scheduled an X-ray quickly; while we were traveling, they resolved a medication refill for me and prescribed eardrops for my daughter to a local pharmacy that got her feeling better the same day.
Bottom line: thorough, high-standard care with real follow-through, insurance smarts, and zero runaround. For me, it’s been better than most in-person clinics. No incentives, Amaze simply earned this review.
We have been with Amaze for two years. They have been a great partner to ensure care of our members. We constantly struggled with our EAP response and local access to mental health care. We had tried other virtual medical partners but they just didn’t have follow up or care coordination ability. Amaze Heath’s mental health services has left our EAP in the past. They have an immediate response and tremendous follow ups to ensure the patient is improving. The bill reviews include someone three way calling the provider to hold providers accountable for the refund. The only thing Amaze could improve is their reporting capabilities so the employer knows what the ROI is on their services. It’s my understanding that the ability to report to employers is forth coming, when it happens, I will update my review. While the reporting is an important piece for employers, the personal experience and employee feedback is positive. Amaze has held group virtual grief sessions for employees after the loss of a co-worker and when we couldn’t find diabetes education close, they put together a diabetes education program virtually.
Me and my family are all blown away with how Amaze Health has helped us this past year. Dr. Treva is my PCP. She’s improved my life in so many ways. Our regular calls have helped me improve my health so that I have no need for blood pressure meds, which was not the case potentially a year ago. I love my at home video physicals. I always appreciate going through all my blood work and where I’m doing well and ways to improve my scores. She’s a rockstar! My only regret is I wish I would have been introduced to Amaze Health sooner!
I have never received this level of quality care before. The team at AMAZE Health has been incredible. Chasity Sisson and Dhruvi Dave worked seamlessly to adjust my blood pressure medication, showing both expertise and genuine concern for my well-being. Grace Hall went above and beyond to help locate a nephrology specialist. The coordination and attention from the entire team have been unlike anything I’ve experienced. I truly feel cared for—this is healthcare the way it should be.
Amaze has been great to work with for mental health! I reached out to them about therapy when I was going through a tough time. I was connected to a mental health nurse who explained their mental health services and then she connected me to a therapist, Shad. I wasn't sure if short-term therapy is what I wanted/needed. I had several things I wanted to work on and dedicated a lot of time to working on my mental health. I decided to give it a try anyway. Shad gave me homework to work on in between appointments so I could really utilize the time I had and get a lot of results in a short time. Shad really knows his stuff and is easy to talk to. He helped me through high anxiety and some depression I was experiencing. He is quick and effective! Shad really cares and offered more support and resources as needed. Thanks for your support, Shad! After graduating therapy, Amaze has a couple options for ongoing mental wellness support which I appreciate. I'm really impressed with Amaze!
I have NEVER had a better healthcare experience than I have had with Amaze over the past year. My young adult children and I use Amaze under my plan. Amaze’s care led to my daughter FINALLY getting to a specialist that would diagnose a lifelong condition that can be debilitating. Their providers have taken a genuine interest in my health and the mystery that surrounds my condition. Dottie gets excited WITH ME when something works or seems to get better. I feel like I have a partner in my search for answers for the first time since my issues began around 2012 or so. I can think of no better name for this company, because their providers, customer service, and care are just that - AMAZING! So grateful for Amaze!
It's hard to believe care like this exists! I've used Amaze for a variety of concerns—therapy, primary care, urgent care—and every experience has been incredible. Every single provider I've encountered has been compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in my well-being. It’s rare to find a healthcare service that makes you feel truly heard and cared for, but Amaze does exactly that. I can't recommend them enough!
I reached out to Amaze for assistance to solve fluctuation in charges from my provider for reoccurring treatments. Cayla at Amaze worked on my behalf speaking directly to my providers office to validate the charges - she found my provider did overcharge for the treatments. It took almost 2 years to get a resolution which resulted in two refunds back to me. Cayla never gave up working on my behalf which I am so grateful for. Amaze is a tremendous health partner and resource to help navigate the complicated billing- they are my go to for anything related to my medical needs.

Their team went above and beyond, not only meeting with me but also calling in prescriptions and blood work, offering to assist with a specialist referral if needed, and even reviewing my urgent care bill and insurance.

Amaze is great. I can’t say enough positive things. First, the ease of scheduling time with the provider is wonderful. They are immediate in their responses to my questions. I made the decision to utilize them as my primary care physician and I have never had an in-person visit with a provider who was as thorough as what they are providing in a remote setting. While most doctors offices make you wait long amounts of time in the waiting room, then rush you through your visit without really getting to know you as a person, the providers at Amaze see you as an individual and take their time during your visit without rushing to complete their assessment. Treva, the nurse practitioner, is professional, knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, thorough in her examination, and takes time to really get to know her patients and put them at ease. I recently was referred to a hematologist by Treva for an ongoing vitamin deficiency and the hematology provider stated in all her years of practice, she had never received such complete documentation and history for a patient and she was extremely pleased with the relationship between Amaze and local community providers. Thank you, Amaze and Treva, for the high quality of care you provide to your patients!
Julia was so amazing to work with. We had an accident which required medical care for my son on New Year’s Eve. Within 60 seconds I was on a telehealth call with a real live medical professional She gave us the assurance we needed to take my son to a pediatric urgent care for a neurological exam rather than the ER, which saved us $450 in deductibles. She even went out of her way to find a pediatric urgent care that was open on a holiday that was in network with my insurance. She asked a series of thorough questions and was spot on with her diagnosis and follow up care. She even messaged me a few times on the app to check in on him. Honestly, Julia felt more invested in my son’s medical care than our regular family primary care doctor. Our family uses Amaze all the time and are impressed with all the doctors we encounter each time. They are skilled, knowledgeable, and can send in prescriptions which saves us time and money. I just love how efficient Amaze is, no more jumping through unnecessary hoops with traditional doctor visits.
I subscribed to this service based on the glowing recommendation from another small business owner friend of mine. There service is for myself and my employees and it has been wonderful! We are a small business and health insurance options are very expensive, but Amaze has really cut all of our costs down for each individual. We have each used Amaze multiple times, and found the providers to be very attentive, as well as able to provide high quality care.
I personally have had two unfortunate circumstances in the last month which required the services of Amaze. First, I had a nasty bout of the stomach flu (while also pregnant). We love in a rural area and do not have an urgent care clinic, which makes services here unavailable on the weekends. I contacted Amaze and was connected with Julia. She was able to prescribe medications to help me get feeling back to normal. She also checked in regularly to make sure I was progressing as needed.
Just a week ago, I was hiking and ended up with about 20 bug bites on one of my legs. I first thought it was a mosquito, but quickly realized it was worse than that (I suspect a spider). Amaze connected me with Luis, who examined my bites through the video chat and determined the bites were likely to be infected, and he was concerned about the possibility of cellulitis. He came up with a treatment plan with antibiotics that would create the lowest risk possible for my pregnancy. Now, my leg is looking much better.
All of us who work for my small business have been raving about Amaze. We appreciate the high quality care, as well as how much money they have been able to save each of us. We will definitely be long-term subscribers.

Amaze has probably been the absolute best benefit I have been able to offer my employees in the past 20 years. Everyone loves the services offered through the easy to use App. I have personally used it many time for my entire family and couldn’t happier. I actually changed from my family doctor to an Amaze PCP. My Amaze PCP spent more time with me on my first video appointment than my family doctor ever did. And the follow up is unbelievable. She ordered labs and a mammogram for me. And they follow up with a friendly reminder weekly to make sure I am taking care of myself and following through on recommendations. One time my son had an infection, and the checked on him twice to make sure he was improving. You will not get that anywhere. I can’t say enough good things about Amaze. I recommend them to my family and friends often. I trust them not only for my employees health but for my family’s care too!! Unbelievable customer service.
Amaze has been such a valuable benefit for our employees. Health insurance carriers don't have a one size fit all for employees when it is offered and often there are people who have multiple complaints about their benefits or coverage. Health insurance is a foreign language to most people and EXTREMLY frustrating to navigate when you actually need care. Amaze has taken so much frustration from our employees by helping reduce the number of hoops you need to jump through. They make it easy when you contact them and gives you all the information you need in a language that is easy to understand. Our organization has had minimal complaints about our health benefits since offering Amaze to our employees. Amaze makes having to use your health insurance easy.
