Transforming Through T-Groups™ (TTTG)

Leadership and facilitation are not just skills—they are practices that deepen through experience, reflection, and learning with others.

NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science is now accepting registrations for Transforming Through T-Groups® (TTTG), our advanced train-the-trainer program for developing mastery in experiential group facilitation.

TTTG is designed for experienced practitioners who want to deepen their ability to work with group dynamics, power, and human systems while strengthening their facilitation practice.

Participants will:
Deepen their ability to facilitate T-Groups® and experiential learning environments
Strengthen their understanding of group development and interpersonal dynamics
Develop skills to intervene effectively at individual, interpersonal, and group levels
Design and lead impactful experiential learning experiences
Navigate diversity, inclusion, and power dynamics in groups

The program includes a series of live online learning sessions throughout the year, culminating in a 9-day in-person immersive experience.

Online Sessions: September 2026 through February 16, 2027
In-Person Program: March 13-21, 2027

This program is also the pathway for NTL members who wish to qualify to staff NTL’s Human Interaction Labs®.
