Human Interaction Laboratory® In person - July 2026

The Human Interaction Laboratory® (HI Lab) from the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science is a powerful experiential learning program designed to help participants develop deeper awareness of how their behavior affects others and how relationships shape leadership and organizational effectiveness.

Unlike traditional training programs, the HI Lab is grounded in experiential learning through T-Groups®, where participants explore group dynamics, communication patterns, feedback, and leadership in real time.

Through this process, participants develop greater:

• Understanding of group dynamics and interpersonal impact
