- Based on your use case, we focus on the specific scenario with customized discussion, exercises & activities.
- A unique aspect of this workshop is our Creation Collab segment. Your group participates in building something (Custom Socks, Shirts, Hats, Video, among others) in real-time together.
- The goal is to have everyone participate in the creation process, build consensus and create a lasting reminder of your shared experience together (It’s STO cool!)

- 3 hour-duration, followed by a reveal of the creation exercise and survey feedback to prepare for the leadership workshop.

Additionally, we offer a Free Lunch & Learn session for those interested in learning more about our services. During this 30-minute session, conducted virtually or onsite, we fill out a survey together while you enjoy lunch.
