Hi, my name is Jim Small and I want to tell you my story working with Kelly. As a large regional group of companies we have struggled for some time to maintain a strong, forward thinking succession strategy. This was recently amplified on a global level when we came to the realization of approaching retirements of our key leaders while we prepare for a large transition in our business strategy.
