Medicare Planning Fringe Benefit® Educational Content

The Medicare Planning Fringe Benefit® is a CMS compliant process because it is entirely educational. Eligible Plan Members(EPMs) are provided online access to educational video explaining how Medicare Part A, Part B, Part C, Part D, Medigap Plans, and the history of Medicare.
EPMs complete the Medicare Factfinder® questionnaire providing information ncessary to select their most suitable, lowest cost Medicare plan options. This insures the selected plans include EPM's providers, medications, healthcare priorities, and lifestyle considerations.
Each EPM receives a customized Medicare Plan Comparison Report which compares the known cost their EHP vs. their most suiable, lowest cost Medicare plan options. The a Medicare consultation is scheduled with each EPM & dependent plan member. During this consultation, details of the report are explained. The goal of the consultation is to answer all of the EPM's questions until a healthcare planning decision can be made with a high degree of confidence. If a decision to transition to Medicare is made, enrollment in a Medicare plan can occur as soon as the first day of the next month.
