Puzzle HR has been great in providing both HR and Payroll experience to our small organization in which all employees benefit from. We are comprised of 80 employees. There are limitations to what the Puzzle operators can do from both the HR and Payroll side but the value they bring within the scope they can operate in has allowed our internal team to focus more on strategic and day-to-day operations. We work in construction and the payroll process can be extensive at times, but the payroll engineers identify our concerns and fill in the gaps in the process.
