We were able to use HyperEquity last year and are continuing with it this year. Their tool solved manual merit allocation, tracking completions and reporting. We could see exactly how and where every dollar was spent and could customize specific percentages to departments, roles, etc. It was especially helpful in identifying roles below, at or above range and allocate more recommended distribution to those below. Pair that with the tool pulls in performance ratings making a holistic compensation recommendation thus helping managers allocate funds as effectively as possible.

Very well-thought-out design
I do not know of another organization that understands employee compensation to the degree that HyperEquity does, and their software provides amazing insights and tools that could only have been developed by 'masters of the trade.' I would fully trust that team to manage my global compensation programs.
Used this for last year's merit and promotion planning, it was the most streamlined and easiest to use software I've seen yet. Great calculator tool that updates your budget live as you make changes. Gives you market ranges right there by each employee. And the view columns are customizable. I hope we use it again next year!
