Wills and Estate Documents—Without a will, your estate will be distributed according to the law. This can be a complex, time-consuming process requiring your family to hire a lawyer. Will PrepSM, an online document preparation system known as LawAssure, simplifies the work of preparing a legal will. Will PrepSM asks you a series of easy-to-answer questions, each with helpful explanations and examples. Based on your responses, our system drafts and tailors the required clauses to create a document suitable for your circumstances.

Your documents will remain stored in your My Documents folder, making them easily accessible when you want to make changes.

Once you are satisfied with your documents, you should print and sign your documents and then share and store them as appropriate. We recommend that a scanned copy be stored in Tenzing®.

We provide Will PrepSM (powered by LawAssure) as a benefit your insurance company, employer program, or agency can offer to clients and employees for online preparation of essential estate documents. Our platform guides users through an easy-to-answer questionnaire with helpful explanations and examples, then automatically drafts and tailors legally sound documents to their circumstances. Your members can create a Last Will and Testament, a Power of Attorney for finances, and a Healthcare Directive (living/personal/advance directive), supported by comprehensive Guidance Notes covering jurisdiction, signing, witnessing, and key terms. All documents are created by certified lawyers and are periodically reviewed and updated to reflect changes in the law, then stored in each user’s My Documents folder for easy revisions. We also recommend saving a scanned copy in our Tenzing secure vault, enabling you to enhance your benefits portfolio with guided estate planning, integrated digital storage, and ongoing access for updates.
