Concierge Medicine - The Answer for Optimal Health
At Northeast Medical Practice, Dr. Berger offers comprehensive internal medicine care with a concentration on optimization of weight, longevity, and general health. Dr. Berger is dual boarded in internal medicine and obesity medicine, allowing him to address the root causes of chronic disease before symptoms manifest or to treat and potentially reverse these conditions. We cover all general medical issues and focus on health optimization with:

Comprehensive executive physical
Thorough history
Extensive (but appropriate) blood work (with focus on heart disease risk)
Cancer screening (Galleri blood test & whole body MRI)
ECG
Body composition analysis
Development of plan for longevity and maximum healthspan
Hospital advocacy
If you need the ER, Dr. Berger will meet you there. He will advocate for you both in the ER and if admitted to hospital.
Weight management program
Using lab results and body composition, Dr. Berger creates a lifestyle-focused plan. He uses medication as needed.
Certified health coach: weekly sessions
Certified exercise physiologist: bespoke fitness plan with updates as needed
Nutrition with certified dietitian
Meal replacement products (New Direction from Robard) as needed
House calls / place of business visits are available in Premier Plan
