Screenz ran our initial screening interviews across all of our applicants with these custom screenings that we defined ourselves. It's pretty easy to use for non-technical people on the team. We have an API Integration into Pinpoint that we use for it. We found that it decreased our time to hire by about 50% and we were able to find more candidates in our candidate pools that were a fit. The team was very hands on with any questions or issues that we ran into and were able to resolve them quickly without a heavy lift from our side. I recommend them 100%.
