Rebel Health & Performance is an employee wellness and performance coaching firm helping organizations build healthier, more focused, and more resilient teams. Based in Cary, North Carolina and serving clients nationwide, we partner with HR leaders and executives to design and deliver workplace wellness programs that move beyond surface-level perks and produce measurable change in how people feel, think, and perform at work.

Founded by Lucas G. Irwin — a University of Miami MBA and Brown University Certified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Instructor — Rebel Health combines more than two decades of health coaching experience with evidence-based mindfulness, behavior change, and performance science. Lucas and his team have delivered programming for organizations including AARP, Assurant, Google, and Christian Dior, working with everyone from individual contributors to C-suite leaders.

Our programming spans stress and burnout reduction, mindfulness and meditation training, resilience and focus development, executive performance coaching, sleep and recovery, movement and mobility, and leadership presence. Every engagement is grounded in research-backed methodologies — including MBSR, Self-Determination Theory, and modern behavioral coaching — and is shaped around the specific culture, goals, and constraints of the client.
